ShAFF is pleased to be working in partnership once again with the two biggest and most important mountain film festivals of all: Kendal and Banff. Banff hold their event at the end of October each year and Kendal in November. Heason Events and the Showroom have, for many years, been screening 'Best Of Kendal' programmes, essentially the pick of the bunch from the previous year's festival.
Festival representatives from both events have visited ShAFF and were impressed with the breadth of films on show, the stunning venue (which won best cultural venue in the region recently) and the professionalism with which it is run. High praise indeed from the leaders in the field.
